In order to create and edit content on a CALS WordPress website, you will need to login with your UW NetID, and have been added to the website with a WordPress user role using your UW NetID.
Site administrators have the permission to add, edit, and remove users on their website. ↗
Requirements
- A WordPress user account on the website (approved by site owner/administrator)
- Your UW NetID and password
Instructions
- Open a browser and go to your website.
- Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and locate the login link.
- Click Login. This will redirect you to the UW-Madison Login window.
- Enter your NetID and password.
- The WordPress Admin Dashboard for that site will appear upon successful login.
- If you need to navigate between different sites once you are logged in, you can use the My Sites drop down menu from the top admin bar.
